Buchungsfluss produces a structurally valid EXTF batch that practices read in directly. You agree the adviser and client numbers and the chart of accounts once with your tax advisor.

The income surplus calculation for the chosen period, as a PDF. So you can see where you stand before the tax return is due.
CSV for everything else
An open format for Excel, your own analysis or another program. Your data stays yours, even if you move on one day.
GoBD data package
For a tax audit, Buchungsfluss creates a package with index.xml per the German description standard. The auditor can read it into their software.
What the export does not do
- No automatic account assignment. Your tax advisor decides which account belongs to which record.
- No interface that pushes data straight into practice software. You hand over the file.
- No process documentation. That belongs to your business and is produced with your tax advisor.
