Switch without starting over
The most common reason for staying with a program that no longer fits is fear of the move. Customers, items, invoices and payments come along.
Six programs connected directly
Lexware Office, sevDesk, easybill, Billomat and FastBill import via API: you enter your key once and Buchungsfluss fetches the data. billware is imported from a file export.
Everything else via CSV
If your current program is not on the list, export a CSV there. Buchungsfluss shows the detected columns and you map whatever does not match by itself.
Look first, then import
Before importing you see what will arrive and how many records there are. Only then is anything written. If it does not fit, you cancel and nothing has been created.
Numbers stay as they were
Imported invoices keep their original number. The number range for new invoices continues after them, so neither a gap nor a duplicate appears.
What the move does not bring
- No PDF archives from the old program. Invoice data comes over, generated files do not.
- No posting records with account assignment. That belongs in practice software, not here.
- No running subscriptions or payment plans from third-party systems.
- Your statutory retention obligation does not end with the switch. Keep the old records.

Data import is included in every plan, the free one too. Switching should not cost more than staying.
